Signed my lease at TKO in February. Everything has been excellent from the very beginning. The office staff is exceptional. I’m greeted every day with a smile and my favorite candy (purple jolly ranchers). Wouldn’t change a thing here.

We will keep purple jolly ranchers coming! Red was always my favorite :)

I have been renting my space with TKO for almost a year now. My experience has been a breeze, from the contract to the helping hands of Helen, the office manager. She is a godsend. The offices are always clean and stocked up. The floor provides a kitchen lounge for the tenants to use, and the best part is the concierge, Helen, who assists clients in coming in and has them seated in the waiting area, and much more. It allows you to feel the space as if it was your own. I have never had any issues with other tenants or the company TKO Suites. Don't think twice if you want to save money in an office space and still have great amenities. The economy does not allow renting spaces at affordable prices, but TKO Suites does.

This company has been very great and reliable, more than helpful with the maintenance team, when there’s a conflict, management goes above and beyond to satisfy and resolve conflicts. TKO is in a prime location with so much to offer.
