The staff at TKO Suite's 300 Delaware Avenue location in Wilmington are excellent! They have always been incredibly helpful, accommodating, professional, and are genuinely good human beings. What's more a shared office arrangement can sometimes be a lonely one. The staff are quick with a smile, joke, or kind word that can alleviate that loneliness.

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind review. We’re proud of the team at our 300 Delaware Avenue location — not only for their professionalism, but for the genuine warmth they bring to the space each day. It means a lot to know they’ve made a positive impact beyond just business. We’re grateful to have you as part of the TKO Suites community!

Great Location, Welcoming Staff
Most conveniently located office space in the heart of Wilmington - almost every bank you can think of is located less than a block away! And a post office is almost as close. Numerous restaurants close by. In the office, the staff keeps the lobby full of complimentary coffees, teas, and snacks. Debbie, Shelley, and Katelyn treat you like family and are always happy to help you with whatever you need!

We truly appreciate your kind words and thoughtful feedback. It’s great to hear that the location and amenities are serving you well — and even better to know our Wilmington team has created such a warm, helpful atmosphere. We’re lucky to have them, and even luckier to have members like you with us!
