I love this storage company! They honored the price offer that I found online and are very accommodating with getting your storage situated! The owner is always sweet and kind and helped me out throughout the whole process of transferring my belongings to my storage unit!

I have been at the Beacon Storage in the Edmond, OK location for (4) years. I have had (2) break in's, the first resulting in 1K damage. Zero follow up with law enforcement and missed commitments to follow up. The latest was about a year ago, again NO follow up or response to my request for an action plan to address security. If there was ANY other local option I'd be gone. I would rate this facility and management a "F"
