The customer service people were very nice and more than willing to help.

Associates are friendly and knowledgeable, process to get loan is not too time consuming or difficult. Overall my experience has been good.

I must say the process was pretty simple. The amount I was able to receive was a little lower than I’d like but the service and process is excellent. Thanks for helping me meet some obligations and be able to keep my vehicle to get around.

There were a few hiccups along the way but the communication was always excellent and things went smoothly overall.

The customer service and experience is great! It’s the type of business and the industry in and of itself that needs overhauled. It did save my life at the moment, it only created a larger issue in the future, lost one worry only to gain another. I also, am still asking my mother and a friend to read the contract, I simply want to know if the payments I am making every two weeks, will reduce my payoff balance on the 27 of November. I borrowed 1900, and making payments of 317.00, and will be paying the entire balance 11/27 . So I have asked this question and I can not get a clear answer. Other than the transparency issue with exactly how the loan works, which could be a result of my ignorance. The company and employees have done a great job!

The process was very streamlined and customer service was helpful

My experience with Title Loans was really great , both Alex and Jasmine were so kind and helpful. Everything went as planned and they were sufficiently fast . I’m glad I went with Title Loans !

Title Loan Fast was there when I really needed them. Got my money within 24 hours once loan was approved. Customer Service is really easy to talk too and if you have to leave a voicemail, which is rare during business hours, they respond to you quickly that day. They don't fund on weekends so keep that in mind and they process your payment on Thursday night/Friday morning @ 12AM. If you get paid direct deposit then that time shouldn't bother you. For me, who has to deposit my paycheck on Fridays this was difficult for me occasionally. If you contact them a couple days in advance though they really do work with you the best they can. All in all a good company that I recommend
