Glitched Game Ledger Iconic 21 Bubble Craps - Missing $214.68 SC in Payouts & Unreturned Stakes
Update as of July 30th: They eventually did respond/believe me and I have finally been credited the full amount owed and they put the game into maintenance mode and are fixing it. Took quite a bit of convincing unfortunately but will change to 3 stars instead of 1. Do not play multi-roll games on Titan Treasure without auditing your transaction logs line-by-line. There is a severe, recurring backend API synchronization bug between Titan Treasure’s wallet and Iconic21’s Bubble Craps module. When multi-roll bets are server-canceled or won, the game ledger logs the transaction correctly inside the game history, but Titan Treasure’s main wallet API fails to credit the funds back to your actual account balance. Across three days of play (July 20–22), I experienced multiple uncredited wins and unreturned canceled stakes: July 20: $58.00 SC missing (uncredited $26 win + $32 in unrefunded canceled stakes) July 21 & 22: The exact same API failure repeated across multiple Game IDs. My settled game history proves my total balance reached $258.01 SC. Even after deducting a separate $43.33 SC loss in another game, my account should currently hold $214.68 SC. Instead, my wallet balance dropped to $0. I have provided customer support with exact Game IDs, line-by-line transaction logs, and screenshot proof directly from their own game client. They are refusing to audit the settled ledgers and are ignoring my emails. I am owed a $214.68 SC manual balance adjustment to fix their software accounting error. Until Titan Treasure resolves this desynchronization issue and credits my account, stay away from this platform.
