This company is very rude and they are just out to get your money. This companies needs to be shut down. Their system is not compatible and blew out my AC unit a d they want me to pay 3,000 for cancellation of only having it a few days. They will never get 3000 from me. People don't not go with this company. I'm going back to VIVINT.. They are nice. The company even the managers speak with you so rudely..

WARNING!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT GET THIS SECURITY COMPANY. I HAVE HAD THEM SINCE JUNE AND HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY SENSE.FIRST I GAVE THEM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR THEM TO TAKE OUY MY PAYMENTS EACH MONTH. THIS COMPANY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO REPO THEIR EQUIPMENT FOR NONPAYMENT, NO CALL, NO LETTER SENT OR ANYTHING. THEY HAD MY INFORMATION ON FILE BUT THEY KEPT ENTERING WRONG. WEDNESDAY I GET A TEXT MESSAGE THAT THEY ARE COMING AGAIN TO PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON I WAS TOLD THAT I DIDNT MAKE A PAYMENT. THE PRRSON WHO I SPOKE WITH ADVISED ME THAT SHE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK TO TAKE THE PAYMENT WHICH THAT NEVER HAPPENED.TODAY I CALLED THEM BACK TO MAKE A PAYMENT I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT LEAST 5 TIMES THEIR SYSTEM KEPT DECLINING MY PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE EITHER SLOW, OT CAN’T READ. I ASKED TO TAKE THE PAYMENT FROM MY DEBIT CARD AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT DO THAT BUT THEY DID FOR JUNE’S PAYMENT. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE GET HER SLOW SELF ON THE PHONE I ASKED HER TO REPEAT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SHE ALSO GAVE IT TO ME INCORRECTLY AND I TOLD HER SHE WOULDNT LISTEN AND CONTINUE TO TELL ME I NEED A VALID CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER SMH. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED I JUST HUNG UP CALLED BACK THE LADY READ THE NOTES AND TOLD ME YHE SAMETHING. I ASKED HER TO REPEAT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SHE ALSO READ IT WRONG. I GAVE IT TO HER AGAIN SHE FINALLY GOT IT CORRECT AND THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. I WOULD’NT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO A DOG HOUSE, REAL TALK!!!!!

I was told that we had a 30 day trial period, and we wouldn't be charged until all equipment was installed(cameras, and panels) . I was charged within 3 days when I called and canceled within 3 days with my representative Fernando. Now he's avoiding my phone calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I do not know how this company is still in business. I never received my two CCTV cameras, I met them at my home 8+ times, they never called to cancel and never showed up. I received my doorbell camera after 2 months, it worked for 2 months and they never sent anyone out to fix or replace it. They auto deducted payments for 7 months, when I finally discontinued they're ability to take funds they tried to work with me but demanded money before they would schedule. I reported them to the BBB, they flat out lied to BBB and did not even make those commitments. Now they call me and harass me every other day threatening to send me to collections but to date they have not provided service. If you try to cancel they will demand full payment even though they do not provide products. Do yourself a favor and do not sign a contract with Titanium.

I wish i could give 0 stars. It was all fine until I had to call customer service. My significant other is no longer with me as of October 31, 2019 and as the second on his account I informed Titanium in early November. They informed me that the account would closed and sorry for my loss. Every 90 days someone from Titanium calls me and tells me how no one is paying on the bill. THEY MAKE ME RELIVE HIS VIOLENT DEATH EVER 90 DAYS AND THEY KNOW THAT HE'S PASSED! CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WERE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND ARGUMENTATIVE! I had to call 5 times and talk to 5 different people 1 of which was a manager who screamed at me amongst other things. I was lied on and the lie was noted in my account. I have never been treated so horribly by a company and I'm paying to be treated this way.

I found out this company changed its name due to so many bad reviews. They had Much lower stars ! Look under Titanium (without the home smart part). This is the absolute worst company I’ve encountered they use miss leading sales practices with surprise cost hidden in the contract. They will lie about anything to seal the deal. I experienced horrible install always late missing essential items for install. The cameras are very grainy at night. Cancelation is a night mare. Even if you do everything they ask they will not close out the account on their sides no department knows what the other is doing and will harass you. Trust me reviews can save you! Go directly to a brand that’s stood the test of time or you will be very disappointed down the line.

They don’t deserve a star only to be shut down for bad business practices. This company is Incredibly dishonest disorganized unethical company Enticed me with higher end cameras then installed lesser quality cameras. Grainy unclear night vision. Bad unethical billing practices. After first year or two the bill goes up significantly. Impossible to get anyone to help with technical issues and impossible to get rid of company once contract ends. The cancellation process is horrible time consuming and any credit card they have will be billed until card is canceled or they are blocked. If your alarm is on and they randomly disconnect your account but don't prepare you, your stuck with the alarm sounding bad soon as you open /close any door or window Run !!

The customer service of this company is terrible. They agreed to payoff my existing contract if I signed with them. I have been patiently waiting now for two months and they still have not lived up to their agreement. I can not give them more then one star. It seems like it might be a company you can not trust.
