I regret everyday that I went with Titianium. Truly they are a big ripoff. First took out 2 payment in same month. Double payment. Finally got money back into my account. $69 plus tax what I’m supposed to be paying Now 2 days ago bill jumped up to $83. No warning ⚠️ Nothing. I got the alarm system Aug 2020. I’m canceling this service in the new year. I don’t care if they turn me over to collections . I’m sick of dealing with them every other month for nonsense.

None of my equipment works, have tried to cancel multiple times, won’t send anyone to fix it unless you pay a fee. Terrible company. More like a scam than security.

No star would be more like it. So upset I signed a contract with them. My alarm hasn’t worked one day. The cámaras don’t work for the most part. The door bell doesn’t work nor has it ever worked. Now I’m stuck with the contract for services I don’t receive. Please don’t sign with them. Do yourself a favor an find yourself another company. Don’t make the mistake I made.

Please stay away!! I was lied and told they were Protection1 in which I have and had no problems in the last 5yrs. Come to find out they were just trying to make a quick alarm sale which sounded real good and I fail for it. Long story short nothing worked properly. They were not Protection1 I was in the process of updating my system that is why I fail for it ok. Tried everything to get this thing canceled before being locked into this great contract for them. Got the run around. Once Dan the salesman knew I didn't want it he ignored all of my calls. Right now I believe they have a make shift office. Please be aware a great scan. Protection1 came out and said they never heard of this company plus never seen a panel like this. Just sad...

FRAUD - SCAM - STAY AWAY - MONEY HUNGRY - PEASANTS!. They will never let you cancel! stay away FAR AWAY!

I had this company for 3 years it seemed ok. But jus recently ive sent several request for a tech. I have a bad guest window sensor and now a panel that do not respond. If my panel is not communicating with there server my system is use list. Also my bill went up with out my consent are any contact. So its obvious to say i will b canceling my service and seeking another company Goodbye 👋🏾

The worst company EVER!!!! When I moved in to my first home 2 years ago they had recommended titanium as the security company to go with. So I gave them a call set up an appointment and the nest day they said they could have someone out there. They mentioned nothing about being LOCKED in to 6 year contract not being able to cancel. Mind you i live with roommates i would of never committed to 6 years because we don't know where you would be in that time. Fast forward 2 years till now we have all moved and I still have this damm contract that I can cancel or even down grade anything on. Now if you would of told me all this UP FRONT I wouldn't of ever got myself into bed with your company. So for anyone looking at this company as an option AVOID THEM. DONT DO IT
