Customer Service Lacking
I have had an account at Titan Bank for over two years. Pros: Mostly nice people, recently updated online and mobile banking systems are good. Cons: Not helpful with simple requests. They could never get my initial check order right. Setting up a CD took days, then when I wanted to roll the CD over when it expired, no response in 48 hours. Fortunately, I never needed them for any complex transaction. If you just need a simple checking account, they would be fine, but if you need additional services, they come up short in my experience.
