Very bold statemetns Mr. Patterson. You took your car from the shop when we wanted to inspect the failure. Your shop stated they don't do teardowns. You had the car repaired, then said ok now come look at it? We were denied the option to review the claim under industry standards. Lastly, we are not an insurance company and have over 41.com sites, they are not different names, they are different sites.We are A+ rated by the BBB and uphold our business practices in high regard.

We are sorry you feel this way. We strive on every communication, call, and email to meet the demands of our trusted policyholders. Since 1997 we have conducted business using the same processes and maintain an A+ rating. Standards that protect our dealers, repair shops, and policyholders from misuse, abuse, and fraud. Anytime anyone calls 24/7/365 you speak with a human. We don’t rent cars for our policyholders. No company does due to liability. Just like your insurance company you are reimbursed for a rental upon claim approval. This language and offer are on our site clearly stated and in the contract. Our company culture is everything is done in writing and transparent on our website(s) with exhibits of all coverages, terms, and conditions. One of the underwriting guidelines is that we require shops to be certified and professional in submitting detailed diagnostics and pricing detail for a claim via a "repair order." Our ASE master tech adjusters review everything in writing, including 3rd party inspection reports we require the process is done in writing only to avoid "he said, she said." We are the only administrator of service contracts that offers an appeal process for any denied claims which involves high-level management to assure our standards are met on every communication.
