Unprofessional Customer Service – Buyer Beware
I placed an order with Titan Chem, then came across some concerning reviews questioning the authenticity of their peptides. Rather than jumping to conclusions, I contacted them and explained that I intended to have the product independently tested. I also made it clear that if the product turned out to be fake, I would dispute the charge. Apparently, expecting a company selling research chemicals to stand behind its products is asking too much. Instead of reassuring me about product quality or welcoming independent testing, they immediately refunded my order. When I asked why, I received a lengthy, condescending response calling me an "obvious trouble maker" for daring to question their reputation. The response was remarkably defensive for a company claiming to ship 600 packages a week. They even complained about having 15,000 emails to deal with, as though being busy somehow excuses treating potential customers like an inconvenience. And let's talk about the website. It looks like it was built in 1999 and hasn't seen an update since. I was willing to overlook the outdated design, but apparently the customer service is just as stuck in the past. A reputable business should be able to handle reasonable questions about product authenticity without insulting its customers. The refund was appreciated, but the attitude told me everything I needed to know. Maybe spend less time calling customers troublemakers and more time learning how to run a professional business.
