Great experience! Ralph was extremely helpful, and quick to ship the wheels I bought from their store. He even included some freebies!. Will definitely buy from them again.

I could not have asked for better customer service from Ralph as a first time buyer. I had an issue with my initial purchase that was immediately sorted out and made right, these guys are the real deal and are held to the absolute highest standard. If you are weighing your options between purchasing from Tires & Wheels Direct and another company I highly advise you buy from here. I was kept up to date on all aspects of my order and everything was shipped on time and in good shape. Don't waste your time or patience working with anybody else. Thank you!!!

Outstanding customer service!! I called to verify stock on a wheel that I had on back order with another customer wheel place. That order was placed 8 months ago. Their website said the wheel was in stock. When I found this wheel, I called and spoke with Ralph. He called the warehouse and verified that the wheel was in stock. I explained about the order with the other company. He said his wheel was definitely in stock. I placed my order on Thursday. Friday I sent an email requesting order status. I received an email on Saturday from Rafael saying he would have information on Monday. On Monday, I received an email from him with the tracking number and asked that I let him know when it arrived. Tuesday UPS sent notification that the wheel would be delivered that afternoon.

I contacted Rafael after seeing his video on youtube. He quoted me a price and even threw in the lug nuts and hub rings with the wheels. I received everything as promised. Install went flawless. Super happy with the purchase. Great experience. Especially for my first time buying aftermarket wheels

It was a very sensitive time frame in which I called TWD and dealt with a fella by the Ralph. Now he listen to me R explaining my awkward situation and request where my whole driver side wheel came off due to a faulty wheel assembly hub and while I was getting that replaced I replaced all of them and the car was due to be released in the next 2 days. Long story short Ralph made it happen with his expertise and knowledge of the possibilities he had not only delivered the exact rims I wanted but gave me the precise tire measurements and got them to my shop not only on time but they arrived early. Imagine that...The best price i could find, not only had them delivered within 2 days but when they were still working on the last wheel hub assembly. I called him many times thanking him cause you gotta appreciate a guy like that. I'm telling Ralph is the man and I stand on that. J.CASE- LOS ANGELES, CA.

Definitely your go to company for new shoes on your ride! Ralph provided awesome customer service and communicated with me every step of the way. I was nervous about ordering rims and tires from the mainland and the process it took to ship to Hawaii. He made it such a breeze and notified me via messages and photos of the status of my wheels. 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again for future needs!!!

I ordered some rims from Tires & Wheels. They were really helpful right from the start. They asked me a bunch of questions about what kind of rims we needed, took the time to explain the different options, and helped us pick the right ones for the job. Ralph even contacted me before shipping to double check that everything would fit properly, and it did. The rims arrived exactly as ordered and in a timely fashion. Their customer service was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone! Steve
