I recently updated my laptop and therefore had some issues transferring the software (Tippard Blu-ray Converter) from old to new. Tippard's customer service helped me with this in a short timeframe. Very helpful!

Great software and greater customer service! Six stars for me!

Outstanding suite of programs which I have used and been thrilled with for years. Just keeps getting better. Amazingly fast customer/support service which unfortunately is rare. I know of no suite of conversion products anywhere close to Tipard. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The products at Tipard Studio are great, easy to use and affordable. Recently had an issue w/ my pc ( not software) and after recently going through chemo I was having a hard time getting it going again. Irene in customer support hung in there w/ me through several emails to get me going again. Greast company. Jim Thompson

A clever and handy app with all the timer possibilities I need. And they have good and fast support - that's what I like too - reinstallation (lifetime buy) was fixed at the fly.
