Did an online chat while on your website about the color of the 20% Max Ceramic matching Ford OE privacy glass and was told it was a great match. Come to find out after receiving the order it is far from a great match. Sent an email with my concern and no reply at all. The reason for 2 stars is I do like the squeegees I received or it would have been 1 star.

Prices of your tint are effecting my decisions of what I should buy now.. Now I buy the cheapest tint just to maintain my business.

Had a good size order. It got held and they called me 4 days later to confirm some info with me. Messed my whole week up with being shipped 6 days after purchase and I never received my 2 free item. A heat gun and full dash microfiber towel.

Films ok but the customer service needs to be replaced. Ive never felt so distespected in my life. I got 2 differant boxes for the same tint and asked why they sent me 2 differant kinds and they rudely said its the same th8ng if you actually opened the box and cgecked the tint you would know this! Hiw rude! First of all since when has looking at film been as easy as knowing what kind of tint it is? It isnt! And who the geck talks like that anyways to a paying customer? Ill never use this crap company again. Learn manners
