I got the clear bra put and windows tinted on my brand new car. I had bubbles in the rear window. The representative attempted to scrapped most of the bubbles out and told me the sun when dry the remaining air bubbles and that will clear the bubbles it. Most bubbles cleared but I was not expecting any. I also could really see the imperfection of their work. The bra was not done much better. I spent a lot of money on their service. I expected more from this place. They were nice and personable but it would have been nice if their customer service matched their work.

Went to get after market running boards installed on my Pathfinder and a day later the passenger side was rattling loose. Went back and they tightened it. A week later I noticed that on both sides, one end was higher than the other. I'm pretty sure that the installer mixed up the brackets, but I won't be back a third time to try to get it done right!

Product pruchased is good, but customer service was not very professional. 1) They gave no explanation of device purchased, so after I read the device manual I learned that an option that I wanted needed to be turned on by the installer. So I had to go back to have the option turned on. 2) When making inquiries about a problem, that turned out not to be a real problem, they gave the impression that I was inconveniencing them. 3) Lastly, they said that they could provide a service when the appointment was set up, but months later when the vehicle was taken in to install the device they said that they made a mistake, and couldn't do what they initially said they could do...not cool.

Had to bring car back because a strip was missing from back right window. Owner apologized and took the car to reapply tiny which cost me an extra day. Wouldn't mind if that was it but now the tints on the back window have bubbles.

Job was not fully completed. Clear film used did not have cut out for front sensors. This caused continuous sensor warnings causing me to take car into dealership to find root cause. Many air bubbles remained in the film to car surface which technician said would go away in a couple of days but did not. Overall work sub standard. Very concerned about taking car back to them. Definetly not the best at all.

Got two cars done over at Tint World. One was a brand new car so they had to do all windows. Everything on that one turned out fine. The other one was an older car that needed tinting on only three windows but somehow the cost was the same as for the other car which needed five windows. They also broke a couple of plastic pieces and never even offered to discount any of the cost to offset their wrongdoing. The windows look well and the film looks fine but I don't really cared for the selective pricing and their lack of attention to the customer. I think they should have given me a discount to make up for the pieces they broke. I don't think I'll be returning my business to Tint World which is a shame because it's conveniently located in relation to my house. Not a great way to appreciate your customers.

I have had some work done there on a couple of occasions and it seems like they charge what ever they want on what ever day depending on the customer and if they are slow or busy. Shouldn't it be based on the product or service. I would not go back to this shop if the service was free.
