Owner was feet and polite and front desk ladies are great and very professional but whatever manager I talks to after calling 3x times and STILL never got a call back makes me mad! I didn't like how the tint came out as it was lighter then what I wanted and he " pricing manager " insisted that was the right tint to use and I called 3x to have it changed to what I want and they have yet to call me to handle it after paying $350

I'll start by saying my review is not a reflection of the staff. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist. I had to visit the location 6 times before my remote starter worked appropriately on my car. Eventually, I was informed that the wiring kept unraveling and that's why it stopped working. In one instance, my car would not turn off without the key. I had to have roadside unscrew my battery. It has been a total inconvenience running back and forth to this location. Maybe this was because it was a brand new vehicle. To the contrary, my best friend has an 08 Dodge Charger and has not had any issues with her remote starter.

I had my tint installed May of 2015 and as of August 18, 2015 is has too many bubbles. Because of the poor installation, I will expect to remove my tint in the near future. This is not my first time having tint installed on my automobile, this is the first time I have seen so many bubbles on a "professional installation." I will not recommend this company to any of my family and friends because of poor quality of work. I am extremely disappointed on the tint appearance.

I had tint put on my rear tail lights. The first time with a scheduled appointment it took about 2 hours. The next day there were seams and raised areas in the tint. I called, was told it was a bad batch of film when the new order comes in, I could schedule a revisit to correct the problem. That took about 2 weeks. Made an appointment, took about 3 1/2 hours to redo the tint. Was told there would be seams but they would go away in a couple of days...never went away. Still have the seams but refuse to go back and have a poor quality job done again and take so many hours to complete.

Mostly good online reviews, a clean shop and a friendly, helpful receptionist led me to trust them with my new Porsche GT3. Asked when would be the best time for an appt and was told first thing in the AM. Great... I showed up a few minutes early but the owners son, who was to do the work, didn't show up until an hour and fifty minutes later. After the work was finished, I was handed a bill that was 50% over the quoted price. After that was resolved, I went to get in the car to leave and found shoe prints all over my alcantara seats. Accordingly, I will not return nor do I recommend them.

Don't get your car detailed here. There was no detail done here. They overlooked so many things. Not happy at all.

Took a lot longer than they said it would take. Ended up waiting for 5 hours for a job that was supposed to take 2-2.5. I wanted to my new tint job to be just as dark as my old one. When I got my car back it was a lot lighter than I expected. Feel like I waisted my money b/c now I have to get it done again.

They had a very friendly staff and nice clean area to sit while waiting. Excellent job on the tint. My only problem was lack of communication between staff and owner. After runt was complete the technician showed me his work and said if I wanted it darker they could redo it, what he didn't tell me is that they would charge you again for the tint job and for the removal of the tint just applied. I was totally disappointed and upset when I called to get it darker and was told this.
