Everything was great, every one who spoke to me was very professional. Their was only one minor thing, when my car was ready nobody called me to notify me so I was just waiting at home and finally after 2 hours I decided to call because i was told 1 hour. Simple mistake, not too big of a deal. Otherwise great service!

Although I had to wait a month for the alarm firmware for new honda, the gentleman was very professional and honest. I will send business their way.

The tint is wonderful. Never had any bubbling and the tint looks great. Beware of extra charges beyond what is expected---like shop fees. When questioned about this later on, TW said that those are normal add-ons in any car dealership. In my opinion, that's not a very high standard.

Went above and beyond what their price was for and it has a lifetime warranty.

I got a detailing service, and the results were fantastic. Not a dog hair our spec of dust, everything clean as new. But the service was $200ish, which I think is pricy for 4 hours of work. I will only go back if my car needs serious help. Not for light detailing.

this was not the original owner of the tintworld where I had the tint originally installed. That store had closed and after years another one opened in its place. While it was closed I couldn't find anyone at either another tintworld in the area or at tintworld headquarters that would help me fix the tint on 1 of my windows. Fortunately for me, the new owner at the location where I had originally had the tint done, honored my lifetime warranty and fixed the window. If he hadnt I would have been out of luck since the lifetime warranty tintworld provides, apparently is only good from the place and owner that you purchase from.
