Too many scratches on tint during installation, there are some places where tint is not evenly covered on the windows. I called the next day after tint was installed to make them aware of the scratches during the process & was told to wait at least 3 weeks before I bring it in to be looked at because it was still under warranty. Was waiting 3 weeks going to make the scratches go away? Sure doesn't seem that way! $200 down the drain for nothing!!

After constant attempts by the salesman to upsell me, we settled on a package. The technician was on his cell phone the entire time he installed the tints and was not paying attention to what he was doing. The following day I noticed bubbles on the tints and I returned to have them fixed. After a attempting to smooth it out with the heat gun but failing to remove the bubbles they actually told me that's all they can do without re-doing the tints. The salesman clearly implied that they did not want to do this. I told them I want my money's worth and was not satisfied to which they reluctantly re-did the job. The same technician AGAIN did the entire job with one hand while on his cell phone. Upon completion they left both doors completely wet after not wiping down their spray, and also left a burn mark on my door form the heat gun. I would never give this business another cent and have since told people to avoid this place.

I used to go to these guys when I first moved to Greensboro (about every 6 months) for an auto detail. I stopped about a year and a half ago because they just seemed to not to be doing as good a job as they should. I went back 2 weeks ago for a $170 Supreme Detail for my sedan because I wanted to have the carpets cleaned. They did clean the carpets, but small things got overlooked. The most glaring example was that the tires weren't dressed. Clean shiny car with dull gray tires. I bought some stuff at Walmart and did it myself in 3 minutes. Its called auto "detailing" for a reason. I wont go back.

Well I took my brand new Ford transit 2016 in for some tint! I run a business so my time is very limited ! I took my van because I believed that they would do a great job,since they specialize in tint ! They also charged a pretty penny , a bit higher than most places! I shopped around first! I took my van home and let it sit for several days! About a week later I inspect my tint and I find big bubbles in two of my windows ! I call them and brought it back! Now I'm having to waste my time to fix the tint that was supposed to be done right the first time! Now it's causing me to loose money on my service call !! Thanks again,,,, tint world!

Although the staff were all professional and courteous I can only give 2 stars. About a month ago I had a back passenger window replaced and needed a tint job. I looked all over town for a tint to match my other windows that nobody seemed to have until I went in and spoke with the workers at tint world. They told me they had the exact same tint but would have to do the work the following day due to being busy the rest of the day. The next day I went out for my appointment and stressed once again that I needed the tint to match. Once again I was reassured that they had the exact tint to match. After about an hour wait my vehicle was pulled to the front of the shop as I payed for the services. I then went out to inspect my vehicle when the worker who tinted it came out to explain that the tint was not the exact same tint and my best option was to re-tint my entire vehicle also stating that my tint was close to needing a re-tint anyways. (I barely had it re-tinted a few months ago by the way). I wasn't happy but had no other option since after calling every other shop in town and learning they didn't carry my tint. I now also have a bubble where the tint did not stick to the window at the very top but can't be seen unless I role the window down. For the price I paid I do not think I will be taking any future business to tint world.

so i went to tint world to get rims for my scion, i went the next day to pick it up to realize that i didnt get the rims the way i wanted it was missing a red strip around the rim. I was told to call in a few days and when i did they told me to call again the next week and when they recieve it they would call me. Its been a month and im still waiting.

I am a window cleaner that went to the Holcomb bridge location in Roswell to get the front two windows of my work truck tinted. It took about an hour and looks great however I had a scraper and squeegee go missing upon leaving. Quality yes honesty to be determined.

Overall not a bad experience, except the rear window was not done correctly, has to be redone, they tried fixing with a heat gun, but car is a convertible, was very concerned about them burning the top, have to go back & have redone!
