Boynton Beach Florida Tint World is the pits. They installed half of my items incorrectly, parts are falling off, the tint is terrible, looks like a child did it, and they damaged my car, put a big dent in it. Corporate appeared to be concerned all the way up to the time they hung up on me because I camplained that the parts rubbing inside my wheels means I cannot drive the car. Reversing the payments and now I have to pay more to fix there screw ups and damage to my car.

I visited the location on 720 East I-10 Service Road, Slidell, LA 70461, store #114. I totally do not recommend this location to anyone!! The person behind the desk (Donisha Brown) is ignorant, unprofessional, lacks customer service in a major way. This was my first time ever doing business with the extremely rude person behind the desk. I initially called before even going there and did a drive by just to see how the business looked. Well, the store front looks decent until you run into a problem with the ignorant person behind the desk. So, prior to having my windows tinted I asked how much it costs to have the two front windows of my car tinted and was told it would be $119.00 (how about $196.60) and then the rude thing behind the desk asked did I want the front of my windshield tinted so I said yes thinking it would be a very thin tint. OMG when the guy was finished with my car the tint on the windshield was almost covering the entire windshield. After my car was finished, I was told that it took longer because they did not have a template for my 2023 Lexus NX250 and that the guy had to cut by hand. So, on my way home from this place I called the rude thing back (now keep in mind it had only been a few minutes that I left), well the phone rung forever as if it was busy in there. I was the last and only customer. So, the rude thing called me back as I hung up the phone and I told her (Donisha Brown) that I did not like the tint on my windshield and wanted it off. So, I told her I would come back the next day. Okay so the next came and the rude thing had a major attitude with me. I asked her why she has an attitude with me about something that I do not like or want on my windshield. To speed my long compliant up she tells me I could have just peeled it off myself (SMH). So, I asked her how long it will take just to have the guy to peel that crap off of my windshield the rude thing goes on to say that she does not know since I did not have an appointment. The entire time that I was there she argued back in fort with me. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION IN SLIDELL!!! THEY OVER CHARGE AND YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!

I visited the location in Charleston, SC. They did not put the correct tint on. I addressed the issue and the manager said he would correct it on a different day. I returned the following week and he said he would have to charge me. The tint on the front of my vehicle is darker than the back which is obviously incorrect. His solution was to lighten the front and leave the incorrect tint on the back. In other words, he wanted to make my vehicle look further away from what I agreed on and paid for. He was unprofessional and wasted two days of my time.

Very bad experience I went to a professional chain because I do not have time to go back and fourth over a poor quality job Needless to say that is what I got..Defects in the tint uneven lines on the windows I could have cut a more straight lines the original job was done at the My.Juliet store when I took it back the guy told me it would work itself out give it two weeks . So you are telling me that those uneven cuts will straighten themselves up..lol. and the debris under the tint will just go away when it's about 2 inches from the edge..No he just did not want to do anything. And told me that I needed to clean my floor before I brought it back that when you close the door that debris will get trapped In the timt..Sp basically you are telling me that you opened my doors cleaned the windows and before you tinted them you closed the doors again and then tinted them? Again no I was fed many lines of crap from the first store is why I took it somewhere else. So I took it to the store in Goodlettsville thinking maybe the other store just had not found the rite guy for the job yet .Nope I got a little better job at Goodlettsville but the lines are very uneven and crooked by the door jam I paid $350 for a professional job and got a jackleg job that I could have paid a friend to do and it would have come out better.I am taking it back to the Goodlettsville store tomorrow and I do not want another round of tint this is costing me time and money that I thought by paying $350 for 2 windows and a visor strip that I would get showroom quality instead I got screwed out of time and $$

Not worth the time to explain everything but just know that the ENTIRE experience was a fiasco. I will update my 1/5 stars if the tint comes out well as I believe reviews need to incorporate everything but as far as my experience, a 1/5 star is truly generous.

FALSE ADVERTISING I went to get a Headlight Restoration in the location Hollywood Fl, they claim they do but they had no clue what they were doing, and not only they ended up using a chemical that removed the paint of the front Grille Trim, but also the white frosty chemical stained the car paint between the headlights. Philip told me to come back another day when the person who “knows better” can finish the job, but now I had to pay for Auto-Detailing as well to remove the stains they caused. In addition, they have fliers in the store that say “Windshield Repair that claims to remove unsafe chips, nicks, or cracks on the windshield caused by road rocks and flyer debris.” but when I asked for that service, Phillip said “oh, we don’t do that.” So why do you have those fliers in the store?! This is false advertising because they claim to do jobs they cannot perform because they are completely incompetent. All they do is tint windows, that’s it. Don’t let them touch your car or you will be sorry.

09/27/22 went to the Boca Raton store, found they do not honor their own gift cards, although work was done satisfactory. Still, not owning up to their own Gift Cards could be a deal breaker for some folks

Tint World Colorado Springs should NOT be offering wrapping cars as a service. Took our car in 2x’s and still left with lots of lifting, bubbles, jagged cuts - not nice clean lines and also left with patch work. The tint was great as was the lift we had done. Stick with what you know and what you have the expertise to do. Not wrapping!!
