It took them 3 times to get the tint right. Put it on, take it off, repeat. But, they were committed to getting it right, and it finally passed inspection with no creases or bubbles.

Clean shop and nice waiting room. Team was nice and kept me up to date on progress. Windows look good, but the back window on my mustang was not done well, I had heard them say they needed to redo it once while I was waiting. I will give them that it is not an easy window. Overall windows look good, will need to go back to have the rear fixed. I would have rated 5 stars, but the installer/person made a mess of my car, they got the water and mix all over my leather as well as the paint on the car. It took me 4 hours to go through and detail the car and get rid of the marks on my seats and console. Brand new car with less than 200 miles, disappointed on this part. Possibly too much going on, but feedback would be to take time to prep the cars appropriately and return them as good or better than they were when handed over for work.

Dan was very easy to deal with and was very straight forward in telling me the pros and cons of each option to consider and answered all my questions. Dave, the installer did an outstanding job in designing and installing our video system. Both he and Dan were excellent in explaining our new system. The only problem is that there is a touch of static for lack of a better word on the flat screen on occasion. Dan was ordering an amplifier in an attempt to fix the problem, I have yet to hear from him and it's been some time now.

Time schedule went a little off which keeps them from getting the 5th star. But otherwise, I am very happy with the way I was treated and with the outcome of the job done to my car. I plan to use this company again for my own cars and I may even have a detail for the wife's car as a gift.

The title says it all! Priced right. One minor complaint; the lower door panels could have been washed better. Otherwise, 5 out of 5.
