Way too expensive. They also told me a 2 hour wait. Ended up being 4 hours

Would've gave them a 5 star but they tried to tell me my life time warrantee on my previous tint was not gonna be possible without my receipt because they conveniently lost all their data in their system 2 years ago. To their surprise and mine I was abl to come up with my bank statement showing the purchase at tint world 12/2006. I can blame them for trying but this time it didn't work. On a good note they did a great job and honored the lifetime garuntee and I even purchased some more new tint work as well.

The tints came out well for all windows and rear. No complaints, flawlessly done. The head unit was installed, functions well and looks good, no complaints. I would have expected the installers to show me how the head unit functions or at least asked, maybe gave me a demo of the new deck. I had asked for a tint on the front windshield up top, wasn't done and I asked for the headlights and tail lights to be tinted as well. The work done was very good, the items that i requested when my vehicle was dropped that were not completed, without notification, was disappointing.

Tint World provided quality tint and we are happy with the overall product. I was disappointed in the customer service. I called to set up the appointment and was quoted a price. When I went to pick up the car, the total charge was higher than quoted. I questioned the lady at the counter who just blamed it on one of their techs that shouldn't have been answering the phone. The guy I spoke with certainly didn't present himself as a tech and seemed very knowledgeable about the pricing as he laid out several different options for me. I thought they should have made it right, but she just said the price was correct, he was wrong, too bad. I left frustrated with the experience which is unfortunate as the quality of the work was really good.

Problem with SiriusXM installed in 2014. No power. First visit I was told there was power to the cradle. Ordered a new radio. Same problem. Tried power point that came with new unit and both radios had power. They reinstalled and then OK. Could have saved the old radio.

Just surprised that they operate under the Meineke banner. I never did business with Tint world, yet I get this survey to rate the Tint world experience. Now it makes sense why they wouldn't accept my Mienke coupon. Very deceptive if you ask me.

Tinting of the driver and passenger window required an additional trip to have the passenger window redone as multiple scratches/lines were visible due to improper installation of the tinting.

My Windows hardly look tinted, they really couldn't tell me what it'd look like until the tint was on my car.
