Vehicle was a 2010 Audi S4 My first visit was the day my tint was installed. Besides being three hours behind when I went to pick it up, they were polite. After getting the car home and waiting for bubbles to go away I found hairs on three of four side windows, and a horribly trimmed edge around the third brake light. They told me to bring it back in and they would fix it no problem. The side windows were fixed and look OK now, but still have minor bubbles. Overall not nearly as good as my last vehicle's tints. On the rear window they cracked trim pieces around the third brake light and also peeled off sections of heater wire for the rear defroster. Several lines on my window do not defrost now. Tintworld denied it was them and claim it must have came in that way, then the manager just walked inside and closed the door on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I regret going here every time my window frosts in the winter. Find a better tint shop.

I look on the website and it doesn't reflect the actual in store prices and details. Specifically the fact that 30% tint was more expensive than the 35%. That is very deceitful to the potential customer. Maybe they should jive!!

The film is pealing of the edges after 1 week of installation and I tried to stick it back in place but it still coming off. I do not know why when they wrap the film, they stop at the edge!!! Why they do not wrap around the corners and edges? I think what I paid is too much compare to the quality of work.

They did the job and provided a lifetime guarantee, but there was problems that I consider subpar. The micro edge wasn't done correctly on my drivers window, and looks amateurish. There was also some bubbles that required a second trip back, and the window wasn't mention by my wife in all honesty to there defense. You might ask why haven't I taken it back? Its 30 minutes across time, and I can live with it for now, but I defiantly would not go back there.

Got my windows tinted here didnt row my windows down as recommended for 3 days i did about 4 days just to be safe. Weird thing is now all my windows have air bubbles in them annoying af. Im not new to the whole window tint thing this the first time this happen to me and first time going to tintworld. It was around $180 for all windows on my chrysler 300 cheap but i guess u get what u pay for. 😡

We had a new satellite radio installed by TintWorld in January 2016. The price for installation seemed reasonable (approx $125 ). That is, until we drove it home only to find out that the radio reception was complete static. We tried several different stations than what they had programmed but nothing worked. We called them and they gladly took it back in to look at it. Then proceeded to tell us that it really wouldn't work properly without another part which cost an additional $150 (part+installation). Now that we had already paid over $100 to have it installed, we were faced with additional $150 to actually get it to work correctly?! They knew this additional part was needed but charged us $125 to have it installed anyway. They let us drive off the lot knowing we needed that additional part. We did not pay the additional money to get it to work properly BUT had to now pay to have it removed!!! This business let us pay $200 to install AND remove a new satellite radio only to put our old one back in that worked fine! Very unprofessional and very telling. To be fair, the owner didn't charge us the full price of the removal but I think since it was his employees fault to begin with, we shouldn't have paid anything to have it removed. Either the person who committed to the work didn't know what he was committing too (the owner's responsibility as well) or he didn't care. Either way, extremely disappointing. I would not use this business again. If the owner really cared about repeat business or satisfied customers, he would insure the work was either done to our satisfaction or not charge us for removing what should never have been installed in the first place.

Went for tint and detail. Decided the tint could wait but went on with the detail. He explained to me that their detailing is only the superior type (buff, wax, inside, $200 type). Long story short I had to detail the inside of my car when I got home. Visible dirt was along the dash and air vents. Horrible job. I called and left a message for the guy and my call was never returned. Never went back for the tint.
