The place is over priced and they don't follow time management. They say wait one hour and then your waiting 3 hours. They also leave your car running and drain the battery. It was a horrible experience. Never go there again.

Ripped me off and performed way below unsatisfactory. I came back and was treated terribly. Will not return I hadcto write it off. And pay again and go somewhere else.

Bubbles on every window, smear/tear on another. I was there on a Saturday afternoon, if they didn't want to do a good job on my tint, don't take my appointment.

I brought my car straight from purchasing at the dealership to get tinted and they scratched the outside paint and redid the tint 4 time because of all the marks the first 3 times. BEWARE!!

I had several things done to my car. The most recent was a HID Light Kit. Service Techs left in the engine compartment the old bulbs from my car and some old rusted set of pliers. Not happy when my mechanic found these when he was servicing my car. I had a state of the art alarm system installed and had to take it back on several occasions within a two week period as the alarm kept going off. They didn't appear to know how to fix the issue and took several trips to finally figure it out. I also learned that the alarm system power source was connected to the ignition coil without first installing a relay. Since the alarm pulls power off the ignition coil, it could damage the coils if it were to back feed. This issue was noticed by a High Performance shop in the local area and pointed that out to me. I also had the front windshield tinted and I have to say I'm not impressed with the quality of work. I will be taking it back to get it redone. It has some bubbling on one side and on the lower end it was never layered properly. Overall I could see the shop doesn't have enough technicians to do the job. While I was waiting for my car, several customers walked in and had to wait a very long time for them to get attended. One customer left very unhappy at the service she received. Please address all these issues...you are in jeopardy of losing alot of customers.

Stopped in on a whim. They said they could tint 2 widows for me in an hour. I was there 2.5 hours. I have a porche cayenne s. The liquid they use to put tint on ran down my doors and stained my speakers. They told me it was water but I still have stains. Sloppy!!! Work!

Absolutely horrific tint job on my $55,250 2015 Lexus GS 350. Tint is misaligned with holes and scratches. Went there 3-4 times to get tint fixed, but the problem was never resolved. I just decided to cut my losses. I will never use them again.

My problem was adjusting the speakers (front- back) (left-right) after instalation I notice the speakers on the right side weren't working. So I went back and they said the speakers were bad... lies those are brand new speakers... but they stated it was installed correctly so nothing was done about it...
