Maybe it was a good support and community, but now its just an empty space forum and a support that never answers anything. Edit: I am not talking about funds and staff members, just care about your users topics as you care about the one star review.

Hello, I’m sorry you are frustrated but your comment is pretty unfair. 4 other users created topics within a few hours that you did, and you created this 1 star review about 7 hours after posting to the forum. Please understand this is free hosting, we don’t have the funds to pay support agents 24/7. We usually respond to all support requests within 2 business days, and as the community forum is public, other users like you can help you out before staff members are able to assist. Edit: Thank you for sharing more information with us. Please note that we offer multiple ways to get support, from email, support tickets and our community forum. Every user picks the support method best suited for their own needs, and their individual question, so not every support request is entered into the community forum. Please understand that a lower number of active users on our forum has no reflection on the quality of service we provide, and should show the opposite, as fewer people opening support topics means that most users are able to understand and use the service without assistance, which is the end goal (Although we are always here to help)!
