They got my money and never sent me my items I got to give for Xmas I want my money back

I ordered 2 bedding sets that never arrived and I've tried several times to contact them but no reply to any emails so have reported them to my bank for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

I ordered 3 blankets in Nov via an advert on Instagram. The advert ran for a while, and when I goggled the website I found it exactly as advertised. However, despite emailing Tinderfed's customer services website, I received no response. I also tried investigating via Instagram who have no record of my order. This will be the last time I order from Instagram - my apologies to all the legitimate sellers, but I can't trust them anymore. I now find that the Tinderfed website no longer exists - no doubt someone is enjoying life with my money. Scam, scam, scam: it's a shame I can't rate a minus score.
