You guys take too much time to get your point across. However I do trust and believe in the process

I truly believe in the principles taught, I love the enthusiasm of everyone involved. But it seems like there are too many different programs available, which are costly. I cannot afford them all. Also, some things seem to be contradictory. If an alert goes out to watch a particular trade, then I run it through xgpt, it gives a dnt. So how do you know it should be watched if its given a dnt? Also, it seems that oracle is in competition with xgpt. Different software to watch for similar things. Which is best? I also paid for weekend trader but apparently I need to buy a separate plan to get emailed prospective hot weekend trades. Too many different programs to keep track of. Only being a part time trader its difficult to keep up with all of the different plans. There is too much to go into here to explain my perspective well. But I do love you all and believe in the principles I have been taught. Unfortunately I am losing money overall.

This review is about the customer service interaction when you call the number to schedule or reschedule a training course. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and out of respect I was not able to make the scheduled training service call so I called the universal number to cancel the scheduled call and the person who answered the call at the Timothy Sykes training center actually hung up on me! I have an extremely busy schedule. I don’t have a lot of money so out of respect for someone else who is in customer service I called to reschedule my appointment so not to inconvenience anyone and I was hung on! I have paid for the basic subscription with Timothy Sykes. At the very least I expect a common courtesy. I received nothing of the kind and it seems that my subscription actually paid for ads to commit money to other services.
