Wanted to cancel booked Emirates that I had booked with Emirates directly. Googled what I thought was Emirates phone no. and asked to cancel flights. Was told to pay £330 cancellation fee. This call was actually Alexa travel and Times Travel took the money. When got through to Emirates was told that there was no cancellation fee on our booking. Alexa/Times Travel at no time this was their fee and not Emirates. I definitely feel that I have been scammed over this.

They said they had booked extra legroom seats for us on an upcoming flight/s they said it would cost £434 so I agreed but when I checked the airline seating system the seats didn't have extra legroom so I requested a cancelation and refund. I was told that everything was fine but I said no I wanted to cancel. I checked my bank and they had taken £100 from my account I asked them again for a refund they said they would give me £50 I refused and hung up. They phoned me back and said they would refund me the £100. They didn't so I have brought a claim against them with my bank. I have also changed my bank card as a precaution. Bunch of crooks beware shame on them harij ealayk Update: they replied saying that they have no record of the transaction ? So I sent them the details they use many company names to hide behind and plead ignorance but it was them who took my money Crooks I got my money back thanks to my bank and Trustpilot they hadn't reserved the seats I checked on the Airlines web site

I never leave reviews but this company are a scam! After guaranteeing us a refund due to cancelling tickets same day we paid them, they have lied to us for two months , claiming their bank accounts are frozen, backtracking, changing stories every time we phone and being incredibly rude to us. They’ve also lied to us and pretended to be management when we rang when it was just call centre employees. They have made multiple lies and we are now taking this claim up with ATOL due to them holding our money hostage and pressuring us to pay the deposit through bank transfer (DODGY)

This is a very unprofessional travel agents sent an inquiry and got a WhatsApp call in the middle of the night. Next morning had a phone call the guy spoke like if he just landed in the uk poor English

As of today 23 , this useless agency is still not given customer enough information about the problem in Heathrow airport so a lot of passengers have landed to lagos without their luggages, just because of the little commission they get for selling ticket. This people re wicked.. .

Please do not trust this company at all. My sister has recently been scammed by these cunning and unprofessional human beings! They have scammed her by £500. It is disgusting that this group of people who are pretending to be Muslims think it’s ok to do this to others. They clearly do not have a conscious or any morals or values. Please avoid Holidopa, Muslim Holy Travel and Times Travel.

Avoid avoid avoid I purchased a umrah trip. They screwed up big time. They sold me a 3 star package as a 5 star. Then they gave me room only against breakfast package which I paid for The worst is that once you contact them, they never take action to fix them... they will give excuses or ignore you. They use many different names like what a reviewer mentioned above. I will need to go thru trading standards to get some money back. Avoid avoid avoid Use your local companies... at least they are contactable if something goes wrong.

We as a family booked our tickets through Times Travel made the payment through our bank. Times Travel somehow passed our details on to My Trip UK. Everything was fine and going good only until Covid-19 Coronavirus had spread and our flights were suspended by Emirates which we accept. Things got really ugly when we were dealing with this corrupt travel agency..We asked for full refund and they said Emirates is refusing to give us money so we then asked for our travel vouchers. They kept lying and lying coming with all sorts of excuses. Apparently, Emirates is refusing them vouchers aswell now? I been to Heathrow Emirates help desk and they told us there is no way we are refusing these and to contact travel agent again. I personally called Emirates on several occasions and they had repeatedly told us that these travel agents are using excuses and clearly lying to you. Now this agency MyTripUK has the cheek to tell us that we can only book flights through them and pay the fare difference if any. Vouchers?? Where is this voucher up in clouds? MyTripUK we are living in the age of digital information so please stop lying stop preying on people's money and profiting from ill gains. You are profiting from this coronavirus how sickening is this? Anyone thinking about booking tickets throught mytripuk be warned about the paid reviews or fake accounts being used. I fell short of £3000 and with no vouchers and only to be told about Emirates refusing. THIS REVIEW IS BEING MADE PUBLIC ON MULTI SOCIAL NETWORKS TO AVOID PEOPLE LOSING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
