We traveled to Saudia in December 2023. Mr Mahmood dealt with us. He was so professional and trustworthy and he provided us very best hotels in Makkah and Madina with private transport as well as visas etc it was so blessed experience for the whole family and we pray for him as well especially. we thank Mr. Mahmood and the company Times Travel for the wonderful service highly recommend 5-star with lots of prayers mr and Mrs. Salim

I had an issue with Alexa Travel where one of their agents charged me incorrectly. Despite my attempts to contact them through various means such as email, phone, I was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I reported the incident as a scam to my bank. However, at the end of the day, I managed to find the phone number associated with the charge and decided to call. Luckily, I was able to speak with Zee, one of the directors, who promptly resolved the issue within a day. It was then that I discovered that this agency operates under the name "Times Travel" and has been taking advantage of customers. I must commend Zee for his exceptional service, as he not only secured a refund for me but also followed up with several phone calls to ensure that everything was resolved satisfactorily.

Absolutely fantastic service. Complete peace of mind. I just explained what I wanted and they put it all together for me. Was a truly personal bespoke service. I felt completely comfortable that my trip. Was all taken care of. Once there I they made sure everything was on point and made follow up calls to ensure my family holiday was going smooth.
