All I can tell anyone trying to get rid of their timeshare is that Timeshare Specialists works. I'm so glad to be rid of my timeshare. I wasn't sure it was legit but it is and it works. Now our children don't have to worry about inheriting the expense of a timeshare they can't afford to keep up the club dues and maintenance fees.

Timeshare Specialist accomplished what they committed within in the schedule and cost they advised upfront.

They did a great job of legally ridding us of our timeshare. It was not cheap but definitely worth it. The process to us close to 6 months but that was due to the legal process and the red tape with timeshare company. They answered all my questions and kept us posted as things happened.

I spoke to many people in companies that say they will sell your time share. Their cost was extremely high. and I would have to pay up front, before anything was sold. When I called Timeshare specialist they told me up front what it would cost and nothing was due or owed until the timeshare was sold. It took about 3 months until it was sold. I am now out of my timeshare. Thank you!!!!

We started the process to transfer our timeshare out of our names in early March 2017 and now at the end of May '17 everything is completed. We received a confirmation letter from our resort confirming that we no longer own the timeshare. We are thrilled, Although we enjoyed having the timeshare since 1994, we're at the point where we're not traveling as much and need to start saving for retirement. Everyone from the beginning to the end at Timeshare Specialists and Resort Closings has been very professional, very friendly, very patient with all of our questions, and very honest – the most important quality of all. We can't recommend them highly enough. We send a personal thank you to everyone who handled our account.

Timeshare Specialists did all they said they would do to accomplish the transfer of our timeshare property from our ownership. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us,

It was a painless process. They did exactly what they said they would and did it in the timeframe they said they would. And, they did it for much less than anyone else would.

They handled the surrender of my timeshares for less than I was going to have to pay for my annual assessment. They did what they claimed to do, and met all my expectations.
