Clear and timely communications with additional phone conversations. If this is the last resort in relation to timeshare liquidation, they make it painless. However.,...the upfront costs are significant!

so they gave a great layout of how the process went in the beginning. they were forthright with the process and the time required-which was a looooonnngg time...but they weren't great about keeping in contact with me--of course--the time was snaking by so I would write and ask for any update-basically, I felt the need to make sure I wasn't forgotten---but they always responded within a day or maybe 2 at the longest. When the process ended, they sent me the notification and I celebrated.

Service was as expected. They do what they say. Just received confirmation that we are free and clear of timeshare, finally. Everyone makes mistakes, this was just am expensive one. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get out of their timeshare black hole. Liz who handled our file at resorts closings was awesome, and replied promptly to any questions we had.
