Timeshare Specialists did exactly what they said they would do and got us out of the two timeshares that we were enslaved by. All I can say is thank you.

They got the job done. I would recommend this company. They got all the legal work done and I did not have to pay until all paperwork was in place and ready to file. No upfront full payment as other companies do.

They did exactly what they promised to do and handled the transition of my parents timeshare to another party wonderfully. The cost was 50% less than other solutions. The transfer did take a little longer than they had stated but all went well!

Dallas was great over at timeshare specialists explained the process to me and sent me over to their partner company Resort Closings (same building, same company). Liz then took over my account at Resort Closings told us exactly what the process was going to be to liquidate our bluegreen timeshare that we did not want anymore. The whole process started on December 11th and was completely finished by April 22nd. Liz told us exactly the timeframe and kept us up to date with their online tracker. They found a buyer for our timeshare and sent the paperwork with instructions for us to complete. The process cost a bit of money but was definitely worth it and we'll recoup the money after 2-3 years of maintenance fees we would have had to pay anyways. I would recommend timeshare specialists and resort closings to anybody.

The Timeshare Specialists did an awesome job in helping us sell our timeshare with NO cost to us! We of course were skeptical as anyone would be, but they proved to us that they were on our side and helped us with anything or any questions that came up. They even got us a little money which was so wonderful since we were not expecting any during this process. After being scammed by another company, we reluctantly chose Timeshare Specialist to handle the sale of our timeshare. The one thing we liked was you didn't have to pay upfront like every other company. They were professional, timely and followed through on everything they said they would. They have a website that you can keep track of the progress and the transaction was completed within 3 months. We have one more timeshare to sell but they were honest that they could not take on this particular timeshare. We highly recommend Timeshare Specialists and would use them again.
