Service was quick when dealing with timeshare specialist, but when the transfer was handed off to Resort Closings the process really went slow in all it took 9 months to trans for the deed. As far as my satisfaction with the final outcome, I am completely satisfied. Am happy to be free of the timeshare ownership at this stage of my life.

the transfer process is clearly explained. The customer rep was responsive for phone calls and emails. only one thing was not very satisfactory -- timing. It took more than 6 months to get my timeshare transferred out of our names. However, it might be the resort side issue not Timeshare Specialists.

Very easy to deal with. Prompt and clear responses via e-mail. Absolutely no hassle for me. Process did not take very long, kept me informed long the way. I would give Timeshare Specialists a 5 except for their fee. To me, that's a lot of money to dump a timeshare. Having said that, I'm sure their fees are no worse than any other company. Overall, very pleased with their service.

I was skeptical obviously, like many others that have tried to rid themselves of their timeshare. I took the chance on timeshare specialist because I actually was able to speak with a real person. My transfer took approximately 3 months from start to finish and I can say that we are finally timeshare free. The only grip I have is that they didn't update me as often as would have liked, but the outcome was positive and they did exactly what they said.

Had a good experience. They kept me informed along the way and took all the steps to dispose of my timeshare. I had my qualms about timeshare disposal companies, but my experience was good.

They were very helpful in helping us get rid of our timeshare, but they could follow up better, in a more timely manner, with the status of the case being handled.
