We made the mistake of buying a timeshare and immediately regretted it! We went through Timeshare Legal to help us get rid of it and we couldn't be happier! We were hesitant at first because it's so difficult to trust so many companies that are out there. They provided great customer service and kept us updated constantly. They were knowledgable, patient, and always made sure to answer the many questions that I had. I would say that the process did take a while but I will be fully transparent in also saying that it was because the timeshare I was trying to get rid of was making it very difficult. The knowledgeable and professional staff made the difference

We were pleased with the Cancellation Specialist that guided us in the entire process. We also was very pleased that the entire process only took 10 months to finally received our CANCELLATION letter from the timeshare Resort. The only negative review is that it is expensive and you still have the payments to complete from the financing dept. after it is cancelled.

Our representative from Timeshare Legal kept us informed throughout the process. She was friendly and courteous. All interactions were done in a timely manner. My only negative is the process took longer than the time frame they gave us. I believe that was Westgate’s fault just from the experience I had dealing with them.

Good communication and exit process took less than 1 year. Was expensive and we thought payment would stop once exit was completed ( that was not the case).
