Pretty painless process. It took about 19 months from start to finish to complete the exit from my timeshare.

You need to have patience and be aware that this is a process and as such it takes time for them to work their magic. They keep me updated constantly thru email and phone. I was able to cancel my contract with Wyndham. I'm very happy with the results.
