I worked with Suley Vargas and the level of customer service and follow-up that I received was excellent from beginning to end. I don't think that I would have been able to navigate through this without the assistance of Timeshare Legal as the resort kept calling us demanding payment and responding to my repeated requests for cancellation, stating that my claims were invalid and had no basis right up to the very end. In fact, the last demand for payment came on the same day as the Trustee Certificate of Sale! It was all pretty confusing but thanks to Timeshare Legal, I had plenty of guidance and reassurance of what to do and next steps. I followed their advice and did the steps in order and today we are timeshare free! We are very pleased!! I would definitely recommend the services of Timeshare Legal.
