They promised that they get 100% of the time -just dont tell you how!
They promised that they get 100% of the people out of their Wyndham timeshares. Then they advise you to stop paying on your contract with Wyndham, which just involves Wyndham to calling you daily for a number of months. (In response to their response, they do suggest you stop paying on your fees/loan so that when you pay them thru UCFS- it helps lower the financial burden. They lied in their review below below). You do get Wyndham's attention when they start to miss payments to the contract and maintenance fees - so after 6 months they turn you over to Pinnacle -a debt collector who first threatens you and then after 3 more months of non-payment of contract to Wyndham then offers a settlement of a certain amount. The letters you write to them get no response from them to you. Timeshare Legal had me write just a few letters to Wyndham - and track the sending. So save yourself money, do not use Timeshare Legal (BTW, there is NO legal attorney that they use - and if you are reading this review to decide if you should go with them, know that their fee is with a 'partner', United Consumer Finance Services, which has a different contract that you owe - so thus you are screwed both ways. Do NOT USE 'TIMESHARE LEGAL'!!!! They mislead in their name, there is NO lawyer! They don't get you out of the obligation. You get out - by you defaulting on your loan - which you can do on your own! Do NOT USE TIMESHARE LEGAL! Please learn from my mistake!
