Timeshare Broker ServicesReviews of timesharebrokerservices.com

My experience purchasing a vacation club membership in Mexico through Timeshare Broker Services was great. I received a great deal for the membership and the purchase was very smooth. We've used our membership since I purchased it and everything was great! We actually purchased an upgrade when we used the membership in June and the salespeople for the membership commented on what an excellent deal we receive

I've bought through them twice. As a real estate attorney, I can attest they did everything perfectly. Great experience.

Jennifer Ralston of Timeshare Broker Services contacted me by text to say she had a buyer for my Hilton timeshare in New York City at West 57th St. I had previously investigated a number of companies who claimed to be able to sell timeshares but all had many listings for timeshare resales at West 57th St. Some wanted a huge upfront fee to list the timeshare. The market was overloaded. I listed with Hilton’s resale company for a couple of months but it soon became clear that that would lead nowhere. Now Jen had a buyer! I would net $500 from the sale. The Buyer would pay all fees. I said OK. Jen was incredible. All communication was by text and email. She figured out the messy situation with my deed and guided me through the offer. Jen also knows a lot about how Hilton handles resales and reassured me when I couldn’t get answers from Hilton. All went as promised and the sale went through. The initial text from Jen was on June 5 and the sale closed July 30! The buyer paid all fees and I received $500. Also all went well with Hilton; they accurately recorded the transfer. I highly recommend Timeshare Broker Services. Jen is incredible.

I'm very happy with the services provided by Timeshare Broker Services and Mark Goolsby. He handled the communication between me and the buyer. The process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend.

Daniela Marques-Para is a great agent, her communication was timely and made sure to communicate with us throughout the process. It does take time to complete a points transfer with Wyndham, but that is out of Timeshare Broker Services' control. She kept and open line of communication, even when we were waiting on Wyndham. Would use again!

We were in the market for another timeshare, and I found a few we were interested in on Sell My Time Share Now and reached out. We started working with Ryan Bishop back in September 2024 and he was excellent. He was very helpful, and we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all. After we settled on what resort we really wanted we found the perfect one. It was the week we wanted, every other year, and a unit that was great. After back and forth the seller agreed and everything was set, and we paid for it in full. Then the other owner wasn't happy with the deal and wouldn't agree to it. Ryan worked with them, but an agreement couldn't be agreed upon. So, everything was canceled, and all the funds were returned to us. A couple of months later the same unit was still on the site and the price was lower than before. I reached out to Ryan again and the deal was made and finalized. They were really quick at getting us all the paperwork and we sent the paperwork in as soon as we got it so we could get the closing credit, but our paperwork was lost in the mail, so it was sent again a week later. After a little back and forth and working with the closing company and SMTN with all the timing they agreed to send us the closing credit since the paperwork was lost and missed the 5-day deadline. I learned a valuable lesson to make sure to send time sensitive stuff with tracking. Thankfully the closing company was sympathetic to what happened. It took a bit at the start working with the sellers but after the 2nd agreement it went really quickly, and everything was finalized less than 6 months. I would definitely use SMTN again for another timeshare. I just now need to convince my husband 🙂 Thank you SMTN and Ryan for all your hard work.

I thought I was stuck with my timeshare that has been a drag on me for years. I tried to get out of it, and I was even so desperate I said they can just have it back for free to the timeshare company. Nope, they said it's on me and the process to remove it from me is very long and very difficult. I went to Vernell Lewis at Timeshare Broker Services and finally I got rid of the timeshare at Redwolf Lodge in Tahoe and got paid to do it.

Over the years, I have received many calls and emails from various companies to sell my timeshare. I am writing the review because I truly had a good experience this time and wanted to share with all of you who are interested in selling your timeshare. Ryan Bishop was my single point of contact for all paperwork and communication from timesharebrokerservices.com. He was available to answer any questions at any time of the day. And because of his support, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and the process went smoothly. I was very pleased with this transaction and their support throughout the process.
