I am a Wyndham owner who is over the price of purchasing points from them. I found a package that met my needs here and Nicholas was awesome throughout the entirety of the process. Wyndham was dragging their feet but Nicholas warned me of this prior to my purchase. Time passed and everything fell into place as was promised!

I bought a timeshare in Cancun back in December 2024. Jennifer Ralston who is a realtor at TimeShare Broker Services helped me with my transaction. she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She communicated with me openly honestly and on a timely manner. She was very responsive as well. I was told that it would take 90 days to close but we closed in less than 60 days. Many thanks to Jennifer.

After listing our Timeshare, we eventually received a call from Jennifer Ralston that she had received an offer. After listening to the offer, we went back and forth a couple of times and eventually agreed on a price with the buyer through her. Jennifer was very professional and answered all our questions. she always got back to us promptly. The process went very smoothly - we are very happy with her and the sale.

Purchasing a Hilton timeshare through these guys was an excellent experience! We found exactly what we were looking for within our budget. The SMTN team was diligent, efficient, and truly amazing to work with. We're thrilled to already have our 2025 travel plans booked!
