Had some payment issues with PayPal, but the watch came fairly quickly and it was worth it. I did not purchase the swiss movement with my watch, but am considering ordering another with the swiss movement. Customer service help was prompt.

Watch does not keep time. I reached out about the issue but never heard back. Its my third to purchase...the others have little 'issues' as well but this one simply won't keep time. It will go 10 or 20 minutes while being worn and then stop. UPDATE: the company reached out to me and sent me a new watch...the new watch keeps time perfectly!
