I PURCHASE A WATCH FROM TIME OF REPLICA AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY BATGIRL WATCH THE JUBILEE BAND WAS NOT CONNECTED AND SUPER LOOSE ASKED HUANG IF I COULD PAY TO RETURN THE DAMAGED BAND AND SHIP OUT A OYSTER STEEL BAN LIKE ON THE BATMAN AND HAUNG SENT ANOTHER BAND AND TOLD ME TO FRANKENSTEIN THE OLD PARTS OFF MY ORIGINAL BAND MY RECEIPT SHOWS BOX AND PAPERS BUT, HUANG SAYS YOU HAVE TO SPEND $850. TO GET THE PAPERS, I GOT BLANK WHITE CARD I JUST WOULD OF LIKE HAUNG TO SHIP OUT THE REPLACEMENT STEEL BAND NOT THE JUBILEE AND WOULD OF PAID TO SHIP BACK NOT HAPPY JEFF,

We sent you a new Jubilee band with instructions to use the clasp you already had. However, you later requested an Oyster band instead, which we explained could not be provided due to the significantly higher cost. To resolve this, we offered you the option to return the watch for a replacement or a full refund, but you declined both. Additionally, regarding the box, we’ve explained that only Swiss-quality boxes come with a matching serial number card, which costs $850. If this option is not within your budget, the box you received remains an excellent alternative. Despite all efforts, including offering a full refund even if the watch has been used or scratched, we regret that our solutions did not meet your expectations. If you feel this experience warrants a 1-star review, we respect your opinion. We trust that other customers will recognize the effort we’ve put into resolving your concerns.
