Great comms from Timeless Pearl. My order shipping international got delayed a bit. I got nervous as I thought it would not arrive on time. Timeless Pearl kept clear communications and chased after the delivery. It arrived on time. Very last minute but arrived.

It’s a delightful experience shopping at Timeless Pearl. I got my order signing two days in a nice cute little box packaging. It’s very giftable!

I loved my pearl necklace and it arrived pretty fast 🥰

The pearl was awsome. Customer support was incredible. The necklace that comes with it is not good at all. First thing we did was get a better necklace. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars. After reading other reviews maybe not include the necklace at all.

So sorry to hear that! Sorry for the inconvenience! Do you need a prepaid return label so that we can make it right? Thanks!

Beautiful Akoya pearl pendant. More gray in colour than the blue on the image, nonetheless, still beautiful. Good communications, and excellent customer service.
