Absolute scam thought I was buying a ninja for £10! They took £113.95! If it’s to good to be true then it probably is! Keep away from this company they are robbing thieves!

Total scam . Thought I was buying ninja air fryer through instagram post. Luckily my bank blocked the transaction and they had also tried to take an additional £100 on top of the original 9.99. Bank fraud team are investigating.

Total scam, luckily I used a disposable card as looked too good to be true …. and was. Glad, they aren’t able to take any more money

I thought I was buying an air fryer. Paid £9.99. Within minutes they took an additional £102. Called customer service - hard to understand (very fast speaking and strong accent) but I gathered that what I have bought is the chance to win an air fryer and the additional £’s were for more opportunities to win - apparently I had opted for this but must be extremely well hidden because I didn’t opt for this! So bordering on a scam, underhand at best. However with firm challenging and non acceptance of 50% refund etc I did get the £102 back.
