They have very little knowledge of what they sell. I ordered a time punch machine after thoroughly discussing with them about a machine. They sent me a wrong machine. When I returned they charged me 30% as re-stocking. Nesh p, California

What really stood out was my customer service experience: minutes after placing the order at timeclocksupplies.com [also timeclocksupply.com] I received a call asking if I needed extra replacement keys since the clock came with some already; I didn't and was easily able to cancel that extra item. Any company that logically verifies an extra $10 on a $300+ order, and makes the effort to contact you about it, has phenomenal service!
