Your customer service and communication made me choose you. It was nice to call and get a person on the other end that was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great Product. Fast Delivery. Excellent Service!

I ordered custom plates. I was a very efficient process from design to production. The pricing was reasonable with a fast turnaround time. These will be my go-to people for truss plates. Made in my great state of Texas! Thanks, Timberplates!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an issue with delivery that was not a fault of Timberplates. They responded to my email right away and addressed and solved the problem with no effort or time on my end at all. This says a lot about this company and their customer policy. I am an architect and designer and will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you Timberplates!
