This company’s customer service is amazing. They work so well with you while preparing your merchandise. If there are any questions about your order they are quick and accurate to respond and assist you with any designs you could want. This is my third order with Timber Plates and I have been well pleased with all merchandise I have ordered and received. It added the final touch on my projects.

I placed an informational call Christmas week, and fortunate enough that someone picked up the phone and was willing to discuss with me the project we are working on. I received expert professional advice, and a commitment that I would be receiving a quote. I received that quote over the weekend, and although we’re talking New Years Eve and Day, my order shipped on January 2. Unbelievable service, I am very impressed and grateful for the attention. Warmest Regards Dave Costigan
