While building a pavilion with framers, the corner lates fabricated made an easier and stronger connection to the post. One suggestion is post connection should always be centered if possible, I am still pleased!

I got the 3/16-in powder coated black plates for our open beam porch. The quality of the powder coating is excellent and the quality of the metal cutting is also excellent. I think the only thing I would complain about are the sharp edges of the holes. Not really a problem unless you're going to be running your hand across the plate constantly. Otherwise, these plates are a beautiful addition to our cedar open frame porch.

There was a quick response to questions and the plates came in a head of schedule. My only issue was that the website images were very hard to read the measurements. You cannot blow them up, so there was a small amount of guessing. They are up and we are happy with them. Thanks, Ty
