The communication and response was phenomenal. Customer service at its best. Great quality product at a fantastic price. Just completed my second order which compromised of custom hardware for a pergola project and the turnaround time was exceptional. More than pleased with these professionals. No doubt I'll be dealing with them again. Bob M

Jake and the rest of the folks at Timberplates went way above and beyond to help me with my project. Could not have asked for better customer service. The custom tension rod they created for me worked perfectly and looked exactly as planned to match the aesthetic of the pergola it was going on. In the world we live in now where places just want to do the least they can to get money out of your pocket, it was refreshing to work with a place that cared and does good work.
