Custom USA made Brackets
Great quality with fast turn around. Powder coating was an expensive option, I got them done locally for a third of the price. The brackets should be offered with a square hole option for carriage head bolts.

A little bit too big for our 6 inch timbers
We love the look and quality, but we needed them for 6 inch timbers. They hang over a little bit so they must have been for 8 inch timbers. There was not an option to choose the timber size, but the description said they were for 6 inch timbers.

Paid $40 extra dollars for 4 day…
Paid $40 extra dollars for 4 day shipping through FedEx. Took 8 days, hardly worth the price.

I am sorry you were disappointed, Mr. Hellwig. FedEx picked up your package on Nov 1 (a Friday) and delivered them to you on Nov 7 (the next Thursday). That is 5 business days if you count the day they picked it up. You are about as far away from us as you can be and still be in the continental US - that was probably a factor. And while FedEx normally gets ground shipments across the country faster than that, as you might imagine there is not a lot we can do once it leaves our shop. FedEx wouldn't count the Sat and Sun as part of that delivery estimate. Perhaps that is where your expectation wasn't met.

The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy. I would have given a 5th star but when I ordered the plate I couldn’t tell the exact color finish on the plate (there was a better narrative on the bolts). There should be a more exact narrative on the plates.
