great customer support and quick response to e-mail

I received a prompt response for my request for help in designing a set of decorative timber plates for my home's front porch. After providing some details and measurements, a custom design was provided with specs and illustrations and it was great to be able to see how the project would look. Placing the order was easy, the plates were custom made and shipped to me and delivered within weeks of my first contact. Thank you, Timberplates for your help and for providing a top-quality product!

I have used Timberplates for over 5 years now, they have always delivered a quality product with good finishing and packaged well. Recently we had a hickup on an order and they were very prompt to rectify the situation and not put me in a bind on my projects schedule. From standard Timberplates to custom hanger solutions I recommend the folks at Timberplates.com
