I bought an ultraboost from them last may 25 and received the pair today morning. Upon inspection noted that they sent me a fake/imitation ultraboost. They have not responded to my request for a full refund despite the fact that they are selling fake products. Really disappointed with their deception and advise that people do not buy from them again.

I ordered pair of shoes off their website about 2 weeks ago and I got a confirmation saying my order was being processed and that I would receive an email when the shoes were shipped. I never got a shipping confirmation so after a week I proceeded to email them about when the shoes would be shipped. I received a confusing set of emails, one saying they were out of stock, and another right after saying that the order was still being processed and to wait a few more days, so I waited. That same day, they billed me for the shoes so I figured that the shoes must've been in stock and were getting ready to be shipped. After another week of waiting, I contacted them and they explained to me that the shoes were out of stock. And that I should receive the money that was billed within the next few days. Their communication was prompt, however, the emails I received were vague and confusing. This has been extremely frustrating and I will never shop with them again as I had such a poor experience.

This is the worst online buying experience I've ever had. I've waited almost three weeks to get my shoes they've charged me for, and they just finally tell me that my shoes are damaged so they can't send. I go on their website and the shoes are discounted even more and I can add multiples of that shoe (in my size) still.... So what's the story? ITS A SCAM I STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND OR SHOES and customer service is a busy tone for the past two hours.

My order took 16 days to arrive. When it finally did arrive, it was damaged. And it looks like it is now my responsibility to send back at my cost. Emailed customer service for help with order. Not helpful at all.

Okay, I ordered expensive, collectible shoes (on sale) from this company. They sent them in a too-big box without box fill, and not surprisingly, the box got crushed and the collectible shoe box was demolished. This in and of itself is unacceptable. But since this company doesn't take back items if they are even slightly scuffed, and only does returns or exchanges on sale items, I emailed and reached out via social media. They responded via email that they would send me a return label free of charge to return the shoes, but, almost a week later, I don't have that either. So I paid a lot of money for shoes I am waiting to see if I can return -- essentially they have an interest-free loan from me at this point. I will never shop with them again. It absolutely isn't worth it. I can get these brands with more trusted companies with more reliable return and service policies.

My purchase didn't complete because apparently none of the shoes were in Stock, despite the website saying they had 6 pairs in different sizes!

I called several times sent in several emails no response a week later and I haven't gotten my package. Very upset

Having paid the shipping fee, it was never noted at the point of sale that import fees were not included in shipping. I've been hit with a bill of £66.34 on top of what I've paid only to be told it is on the website with a link. I've looked on the site for this information and cannot find it away from the link. Offered $15 dollars off the bill to compensate - honestly don't bother! Awful customer services - not to be trusted
