The site allows you to sign up for a coupon but then you can't use it on most of the sneakers. I think that's ridiculous. Now I'll get bombarded with your emails because you have my email address and I couldn't even use the the coupon.

I'm giving three stars not because the shipping was difficult but because I was sent a coupon for signing up and I couldn't even use it on my order. Also as I was checking out and completing my payment my shipping updated and I was no longer able to receive free shipping.

Decent selection. Very disappointed that the first purchase promo code excluded everything.

They seemed to have the shoe I was looking for which is good. They sucker you in with the 15% off if you can give them your email. And then you try to apply at 15% at checkout and your shoes Don't qualify because they say they are on sale. The price didn't dictate them being on sale, but that's what they say. I only know this because I spent an hour on the phone to find that out.

I ordered a pair of shoes over the weekend and received a confirmation, but no shipping information was emailed to me on Monday. I checked my order today and it says they cancelled the order on Tuesday. They never emailed me to say they cancelled the order and the charge is still pending on my account. I tried to call them and no one in customer service picked up the phone. I tried emailing them to find out what happened and did not get a response. Tilted sole did contact me by email and personally by phone call me to apologize.

Took forever to get shipping info and after I got shipping info I was told a part of my order was refunded. Took far too long . Still do not have my order and not sure if it will come or when since it took weeks to tell me one part was refunded with no explanation.

I need help. I am looking at shoes from the tiltedsole website but I cannot decide if this is a trusted site or not. My friends believe that the site is fake and I will be scammed. Can someone give me a pro and con list or something like that to assure my decision?
